DEVOTIONAL #5
Written by Timothy Brainard
Today’s spark is the phrase “Admit This: I Am Whole.” A frequency equivalent to this reads: Image of the Perfect Lamb. A series of additional short phrases yields a theme: A Work of Seeing Clearly; Announce the Truth; Elevate the Story; I Am Totally Complete; Revel in the Light; The Gentle Wisdom; The Larger Story; The Piercing Vision. A favorite declaration states it this way: “I Live a Rich, Honest Life.” The 62nd Angel said, “To tell the Truth is to declare the Prime Truth.” [13.76] Then: “The Truth expresses Goodness. All is well.” [13.82] Finally: “We propose devotional attention to the Truth in its unmitigated form.” [13.84] The fact is that the image we encounter is a mirror of the vision we impose. To look through Eyes of Wonder yields a vision of Reality; to look through Eyes of Worry yields a vision of the trouble we suspect. The fact is that each one of us exhibits a Perfection that has waited for this moment to express. Each one of us is held by and expressive of Perfection – even when we fail to see it through the filter of confusion or concern. This is why we’re encouraged to employ a “piercing vision” – to repudiate the worry – to attune our inner vision to the Truth. We can gather pearls of thank-you just as readily as mire in the mud. Start by asking, “What is working? What can I find to appreciate right now?” There can be no Perfect Lamb without the presence of a Shepherd. Life communicates Perfection. (We are part of that Perfection.) We have only to admit it. Which, by definition, means: to let it in.
